Traci earned her Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Sciences with a minor in Criminal Justice from the Metropolitan University of Denver, graduating summa cum laude in May 2012. Her career began in property management during her college years, where she managed student housing for the University of Wyoming. Since then, she has developed extensive expertise in real estate operations, financial management, governing document compliance, and cross-functional team leadership. Traci obtained her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) designation in October 2021 through CAM-ICB, solidifying her commitment to excellence in community management.

Her professional journey includes impactful roles such as Senior District Manager at Timberline District Consulting and Community Association Manager at Warren Management Group, where she relocated to Colorado Springs to join the team in May 2021. Traci has consistently demonstrated her ability to meet and exceed organizational goals by managing real estate assets, liaising with companies and lenders, and ensuring seamless client experiences. Her keen eye for HOA and special district management allows her to educate buyers on potential concerns related to board operations and financial health, empowering them to make informed decisions.
